1. Nutrient Balance
All three nutrients are a gift to the body! Include each nutrient together; a healthy fat, a
complex carbohydrate and a complete protein in every meal and snack you consume. Each nutrient offers essential
FUEL to optimally nourish specific functions within the body’s systems. Each
nutrient is important for overall health and wellness. As important, consume
the nutrients together. When all three nutrients are combined, the body
utilizes each more efficiently; resulting in full nourishment, more sustained,
long term energy and less glucose/weight storage in the body.

When possible, choose organic in all your food purchases to
avoid harmful additives. Choose organic when purchasing meat, eggs, and dairy;
given the current additives, hormones, antibiotics added.
Pesticides have been linked to several health diseases and
conditions. Pray a blessing or set an intention for the health and vibration of
your food…a lovely option as well!
