How Do You "Live GuruVee"?
~ Meditate ~
I was asked in a recent Feelin' GuruVee TM Workshop
when I schedule meditation and I realized . . .
I live my life as a meditation.
When I wake, before I get out of bed, I take a moment & feel gratitude for the obvious ~ another day! I think of our home and health and all of the many, many blessings in my life.
In my bathroom I display my "Monthly Mojo" cards ~ messages from the fairies, angels, authors and teachers who uplift and inspire me ~ and read them as I brush my teeth.
In the kitchen I read the daily message from The Secret calendar by Rhonda Byrne.
I read apps on my phone:
The Secret Daily Teachings by Rhonda Byrne
and A Year of Daily Wisdom by Marianne Williamson.
I read books on my iPad mini ~ Daily Inspirational messages from:
A Deep Breath of Life by Alan Cohen,
Simple Abundance by Sarah Ban Breathnach and
A Pocketful of Miracles by Joan Borysenko PhD
(new for me this year - full of wonderful prayers and meditations).
I listen to youtube teachings from Abraham-Hicks as I sit at my vanity.
I read books & watch movies on a regular basis with beautiful "GuruVee" messages.
I teach Yoga and meditate along with the participants in class.
AND
I am now scheduling meditative reflection into my day; deciding on each day when it works.
~ It is important to be still and quiet your mind ~
To just "BE" & ALLOW Source to fully flow to you and through you.
Decide what form of meditation appeals to you and incorporate it into your world in a way that is comfortable and natural and enjoyable.
