September 2015 Workshop Topics

September 2 Mudra Yoga

Learn specific, methodical hand gestures made to open, release or redirect the flow of internal energies. We will cover how to practice Mudra Vigyan (hand yoga) and specifically the mudras of the 5 elements (each finger representing one) .

September 9 Deities, Sages, Goddesses

There are so many and they are all so interesting! We see them everywhere in modern life and know so little, if anything about them. We will discuss some of the well- known and obscure images, their meanings, and how we can channel the power they each represent.

September 16 Each One; Teach One ~
"By learning you will teach; by teaching you will learn".

Prepare for this one! I’ll be happy to guide each of you . . .

Each GuruVee participant will teach something they are adept at in 5 minutes time to one other participant and vice-versa. (You'll be "paired" up that evening).

Then each of you will share with the group what you learned from the other.

September 23 the life-changing magic of tidying up by marie condo

From the popular book; we will learn the KonMari Method developed by Japanese cleaning consultant, Marie Kondo, and take tidying to a whole new level. A very effective way to simplify and organize your home and life.

September 30 Mystery GuruVee

Ooooooo ~ As a TRUE GuruVee person you will be asked to have faith in the unknown . . . a "Mystery Workshop" will involve each of YOU having an OPEN- Mind, OPEN-Heart, GO with the FLOW experience!!! Let’s see if you’re ready!!!

New Moon in Leo!

New Moon August 14th

We will be having a New Moon in Leo on Friday, August 14th at 9:54 am Central Time. New Moons are the beginning of the 29.5 day moon cycle and signal a fresh start for the following month. This is when there is no light on the Moon, but the beginning of when the light slowly starts to increase again, becoming visible over the following days. This is known as the beginning of the waxing phase, which lasts until the Full Moon and is associated with growth, expansion, and unfoldment.

New Moons are a great time to plant seeds, set intentions, or perform actions in relation to what you would like to grow or manifest over the upcoming cycle. It is best to do this as close to the minute of the New Moon as possible, but it can also be done over the following 24 hours (click here to find out for your time zone). As the moon’s light grows and expands, your intentions and actions could continue to develop further. How everything unfolds for each person also depends on how one is being individually influenced by the astrology.

Any time after 9:54 am on Friday morning take a yellow sheet of paper and write down 10 things you would like to manifest in the next month. Then on Saturday write down 10 more things. Place this paper in a sacred space and place clear quartz crystal on top of it to help amplify the energy. Then watch and see what happens. Remember it is important to take action to make these thing happen when you are guided.
