July 8 Girl Power ~ We will ascertain what this list should entail and then we will exude our independent female spirits and live by it!
July 15 Wabi Sabi ~ What is it?? Attend the workshop to learn of this Japanese comprehensive world view or aesthetic and ways you can adopt it in your own life.
July 22 Song of Freedom ~ What do you desire to be FREE of in your world? Learn how to break away from limitations and experience the quality of life we all deserve.
July 29 Book Club: 10% Happier by Dan Harris ~ How I Tamed the Voice in My Head, Reduced Stress Without Losing My Edge, and Found Self-Help That Actually Works--A True Story. Let's apply it in our own lives!
